In our family Aunt Pat traditionally has cooked Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any occasion. And ever since Madison was little she would say that Aunt Pat makes a feast! And she does. This week has been busy adjusting to 2 in school, homework, starting dance again, kenzie trying out gymnastics, Jerry's new job, and me working. Whew I'm tired just talking about it again. Well Aunt Pat called Monday when I was picking up Maci from dance and it was so loud in there. So she let me go, I got the girls settled and called her back. And oh my gosh, she wanted to make us dinner!!!! So she came Tuesday after school, dance, and gymnastics and I was so thankful!! It was 6:30 when we got home and then not a few minutes later she was at our house with a wonderful dinner. It can't get any better for a mother than not to have to worry about the dreaded question after a VERY busy afternoon, "What's for dinner"! It was wonderful as usual and the girls had a blast making their own strawberry shortcakes and playing in the cool whip!!

Just remind Aunt Pat that I live around the corner - haha! I think that is great!! And, I think it is great that you shared some of her chocolate pie with me at school on Friday - YUM! :-)
I'm so glad that everyone enjoyed the meal. I can't imagine keeping up with everything that you do. If I had to follow around in your footsteps, I would never be able to get an evening meal on the table, I would have to be in bed by 5PM. Glad you enjoyed the pie Wendy!
I want Aunt Pat to come to my house!!! Is she for rent? lol!!
That is seriously the sweetest thing! I know that is VERY much appreciated! WOW!!!! I COULD adopt her and make her MY Aunt Pat... I am a REALLY good niece! :)
